A private logbook for your GLP-1 cycle. Every weigh-in, every injection, and every macro gets a timestamp and lives in your account, readable only when you sign in.
Available to US residents outside IL, TX, and WA
Log a weigh-in once a day, a dose once a week, and your meals as you eat. The chart pulls the story out of the rest.
A trendline that smooths out the daily noise, so you can see the slope of your cycle even on the days the number jumps for reasons that have nothing to do with the cycle.
Every day you log lights up a tile. Stay consistent and the grid fills in. Look back any time to see exactly which weeks you showed up.
Protein and fiber targets you set during onboarding, calorie totals you can adjust as you go, and a sodium counter that runs alongside everything else you log.
Free to sign up and track your weight. The deeper features run on a subscription.
Yes. The logbook is built around the weekly-injection GLP-1 pattern, weigh-ins, dose log, appetite shift, macro shift. You enter your own medication name and your prescriber’s dose ladder during setup; we do not pick doses or recommend any specific medication.
No. We do not sell user data and we do not share user data for advertising. We use a small set of vendors (a hosting provider, a database, a transactional email service) to operate the service; those vendors are contractually limited to processing data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. We never share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or analytics platforms.
Yes. Weight Commit is a logbook for adults whose medication has been prescribed by a licensed clinician. We do not prescribe, supply, or recommend any medication. Set up your account with a medication your prescriber has put you on.
No. You enter the dose schedule your prescriber gave you. Weight Commit shows the steps you entered and reminds you to log them; it never picks a dose, never recommends increasing or decreasing, and is not a clinical tool.
No. Weight Commit is a personal logbook for informational purposes. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace consultation with a qualified clinician. Talk to your prescriber before starting, changing, or stopping any medication.
United States residents outside Illinois, Texas, and Washington, for now. Expanding region by region.
Sign up, set up your cycle in a few minutes, and the next thing on your list is showing up tomorrow to weigh in. The chart picks up from there.
